Information on the use of cookies

Introduction

This information on the use of cookies is provided to the user in implementation of the provision of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data of 8 May 2014 "Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies" and in compliance with Regulation 2016/679 / EU - GDPR concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

What are coockie and what are the used for

Cookies are defined as small text strings that the sites visited by the user send to their terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit by the same user. Cookies are distinguished on the basis of the person who installs them on the user's terminal, depending on whether it is the manager of the site that the user is visiting (so-called "first-party cookies") or a different site, which installs cookies through the first site (so-called "third-party cookies"); based on the purpose of each cookie: some cookies allow the website that installed them to remember, for example, the preferences expressed by the user during navigation or to make a purchase or to authenticate (so-called "technical cookies"), others cookies allow the site that installed them to monitor the user's navigation also for the purpose of sending advertising or offering services in line with the preferences expressed by the user while surfing the net (so-called "profiling cookies"). Only profiling cookies require the user's prior consent to use them.

Technical cookies

This website uses technical cookies to ensure the correct functioning of the procedures and improve the experience of using online applications. The prior consent of users is not required for the installation of these cookies.
Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are so-called c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe exploration and efficient website.

Google Search Console

This site uses Google Search Console, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). The information generated by the Google Search Console cookies on the use of the site by the user (search analysis, broken links, indexing, crawling errors and more) are anonymous and are used exclusively for site optimization.

"Third party" cookies

By visiting this website you may receive cookies from sites managed by other organizations ("third parties"). An example is the presence of "social plugins" for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn, or systems for displaying embedded (integrated) multimedia content such as Youtube. These are parts generated directly by the aforementioned sites and integrated into the web page of the visited host site. The presence of these plugins involves the transmission of cookies to and from all sites managed by third parties. The management of the information collected by "third parties" is governed by the relevant information to which reference is made. To ensure greater transparency and convenience, the web addresses of the various information and methods for managing cookies are shown below.

Other cookies "survive" when the browser is closed and are also available on subsequent visits by the user. These cookies are called persistent and their duration is set by the server at the time of their creation. In some cases a deadline is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited.
